Where Did the Summer Go?

You can tell by the lapse in time from this post to the last, that time has really flown by! Speaking of time flying by, where did the summer go?  I can still remember telling the kids that, "Today is the last day of school!", to now telling them we have one more week to go till school starts.

Yes, it's true that time flies when you're having fun.  This summer has been a great one! We went to a local theme park MANY times, went to the lake for a boat ride and swimming, went to the neighborhood pool, went to the beach to visit family and friends, saw LOTS of $1 movies and just had FUN!  I do enjoy a schedule, but it was nice to lounge for the day if we felt like it!

I will miss the summer R&R, but we are now looking forward to the seasons that are to come!
